Before our work, this home was typical of many existing older homes - there was no entry or mudroom anywhere near the garage or guest parking.
Our work on this project consisted of the renovation of the existing basement with a new entry overhang and mudroom, a new wine cellar, and a Family/Media Room. We also redesigned their first floor family room with new cabinetry and a fireplace. This project was constructed by The Riverview Company, with a special kudos to Nelson Masonry for their near-perfect brick match over the old basement foundation.
