The owners of this classic Wellesley brick colonial had outgrown their small master bath and closet. In this project, constructed by our partner, The Riverview Company, we added a new 2nd floor space above the existing sunroom. The addition became the new spectacular walk-in closet, and the bath was enlarged to encompass the old closet space.

The challenges of this project included careful matching of exterior materials to the existing construction. Our goal was to create an addition that looked as though it was original to the house.
